Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary of Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Eager to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, you’ll be a quick learner with a great eye for detail and you’ll have outstanding English communication skills.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create, edit and provide content briefs for a variety of copy, including website content, landing pages, blog posts and others as required.
  • Planning & executing online content across the websites & social channels
  • Working with customers to publish their stories and case studies
  • Increasing the company and product brand reach across the social platforms
  • Developing & scheduling content across the social channels, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and other social channels
  • Creating content for website, marketing material, flyers, posters, stands etc, media ads and online ads
  • Managing the ad spend budget and ensuring an ROI
  • Developing a suite of core product assets, such as videos, demo tools and webinars
  • Researching and implementing search engine optimisation recommendations
  • Working on delivering a digital marketing strategy to increase acquisition, improve retention, raise brand awareness and optimising the customer  experience
  • Engaging influencers and journalists to expand the company’s online presence
  • Optimising copy and landing pages for conversion rate optimisation
  • Ensuring key brand & search terms are optimised through SEO
  • Driving the latest trend & ideas in social media & digital marketing to improve digital marketing practices

  • Degree or qualification in Marketing
  • Strong insight into LifeSciences and Connected Health



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, creating campaigns that serve wider business objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • A degree level qualification in a marketing or business-related discipline
  • Experience in search engine optimization and a good understanding of ranking factors and tools 
  • Experience of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 
  • A track record of using a CMS to build webpages with strong conversion rates, such as WordPress 
  • Experience of CRM tools  


  • Experience of creating videos and images with a variety of software tools is also beneficial,
  • Experience of working in a start-up or experience of SaaS.
